Listing an investment fund on a recognised stock exchange or other trading platform can involve a significant regulatory burden on the fund directors. We have clients listed on many of the world’s larger exchanges and have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges to be faced on initial listing.
Once listed the fund is faced by ongoing listing requirements which may be revised by the exchange in response to changing circumstances. Our staff monitor and analyse listing rules as they apply to our clients and assist in the implementation and operation of appropriate disclosure and other policies.
